Beverage Cart Attendant

Overview

Camarillo Springs Golf Course is an 18-hole golf course located in Camarillo, CA. We are seeking a Beverage Cart Attendant to join our team and prepare drinks and serve snacks on the course.

• Provide food and beverages to players on the course, and fulfill various requests from the Clubhouse during rounds.
• Manage cart functions and ensure service standards and departmental policies are followed; report conflicts to the General Manager.
• Review the tee sheet at the start of every shift to understand the flow of tee times.
• Keep the beverage cart visually appealing and present the on-course menu offerings.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the work areas, beverage carts, and storage areas.
• Ensure proper usage and good working order of all equipment; report any defects to the General Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer needs are met.
• Execute unique and creative ideas to enhance the on-course experience.
• Work under pressure and handle long or break shifts.
• Provide feedback on scheduling with guidance of the tee sheet.
• Load inventory into the cart according to the day’s par targets.
• Ensure the correct method of payment is collected from all guests.
• Requisition inventory in/out to staff at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Inspect beverage carts daily for wear and tear; address damage and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with others.
• Attend staff meetings when assigned.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.

• Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience preferred.
• Must possess a food sanitation certificate.
• Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
