Job OverviewThis role provides functional leadership in electrical engineering, covering RF design and digital design. A manager or director will lead a team of 5–10 electrical engineers, providing technical guidance, project assignments, performance feedback, and career growth. The position also involves chairing electrical design reviews, contributing as a senior technical resource, and helping shape the product road map.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Functional management of electrical engineering team, including project assignments, day‑to‑day task guidance, mentoring and performing annual performance reviews.
- Act as senior technical resource in the review and evaluation of RF and/or digital designs.
- Serve as individual technical contributor as required to assist with technical issues and new product concepts.
- Lead efforts in staffing and maintaining the necessary team: track current and upcoming engineering resource utilization, and secure extra personnel (contract or full‑time) as needed.
- Lead, enforce, and continually refine Lucix internal processes for product development.
- Chair design review meetings.
- Act as a key technical resource for Lucix electrical designs: assess and update the company’s technology road map, identify key new technical areas for the company to develop, and ensure that the company attracts and retains top‑level talent in these areas.
- Lead by example in maintaining a strong company culture as a member of the Lucix leadership team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary range: $153,600 – $241,340 (Full‑time).
