The Validation Engineerwillcollaboratewithstakeholdersatallcompanylocationstoconductproduct ,processandequipmentvalidations,risk assessments,developtestingmethodsandvarioustest / processvalidationrequirements.
Thisindividualwillsupportcrossfunctionalteamstoensureproductorprocessverificationsupportsallinternalandproductcompliancerequirements.
The Validation Engineerwillcollaboratewithstakeholdersatallcompanylocationstoconductproduct ,processandequipmentvalidations,risk assessments,developtestingmethodsandvarioustest / processvalidationrequirements.
Responsibilities- Consultwithmanagement,evaluatecustomerrequirements,andstudiesproductcharacteristicstoselectvalidationobjectivesandstandards.
- Prepare clear,complianttestprotocolsforvalidationorperformancetestingofneworexistingproducts,equipment,processes,orsystems.
- Analyzedatafromvalidationtestsusingstatisticaltools(DOE,capability analysis),todeterminewhetherresultsmeetrequiredcriteriaandspecifications.
- Maintaintechnicalrecordswithindesignhistoryfilesassociatedwithassignedproducts.
- Collaborateandcoordinatewithappropriatedepartmentsandstaffregardingtheschedulingorimplementationofvalidationtesting.
- Assistininvestigationsoftestanomaliesandvalidationfailures.
- Identifynonconformitiesofproductorprocessstandardandofferrecommendationsforresolvingdeviations.
- Usedatabasesfortrackingtestresults,validation activities,orvalidatedsystems.
- Develop,maintain,orreviewvalidationandcompliancedocumentationincludingschematics,protocols,andengineeringchangenotices.
- Modifytestingmethods,revisittestobjectivesandstandardstoresolvetestingproblems.
- Developtestmethods,generate,andmaintaindesignspecifications,protocol&report writing,prototyping,DOE / SPCproductoptimization,design verification&validation,FMEA,etc.
- Support Product Delivery Teams (PDT),includingcreatingandorreviewingqualitydocuments,participating in
Corrective And Preventive Action (CAPA) implementation,andgeneratingorsupporting
ECR(Engineering Change Request )&ECO(Engineering Change Order ) activities. - Workwith Scientists and Engineersinternallyandexternallytoassessanddevelopappropriatedesignandmanufacturingspecifications .
- Maintainaccuratesampleinventory,status,andstudytrackingwithinlabsystems.
- Performotherrelateddutiesasassigned.
- Bachelor’sdegreeinscience,engineering,biology,orrelatedtechnicalfield.
- 2-5yearsofexperienceinvalidation,quality,orlaboratorytestinginaregulatedindustry.
- Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
- Excellentinterpersonalskills.
- Thoroughunderstandingofindustrystandardsandregulatoryguidelines(cGMP,FDA,etc.)preferred.
- Thoroughunderstandingofapplicablemathematics,statistical,andscientificpractices.
- Thoroughunderstandingofrelatedequipmentandtheabilitytoperformequipmentmodifications.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suiteorrelatedsoftware .
- Codingexperienceaplus,python preferred.
- Experience with Minitaborotherstatisticalsoftwareaplus.
- Experiencewithbenchtopelectricalwiringaplus.
