Teaching at Tutorific is a dream job. It’s instructing the way you imagined, with just one to four students at a time. As their mentor/tutor, you’ll get to know them and see first-hand the many successes they’ll have under your guidance.

We design the program for each student’s needs and learning styles. Our shelves are packed with a wide variety of educational materials. Wonderful students. Good pay. Great staff support. Because of our decades of success, our tutors often receive many more hours of work than any other tutoring company can provide. We’re open weekday afternoons between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Some tutors who work at schools in the morning might be able to start as late as 3:30 to 4:00 PM. Choose between Monday and Wednesday (M/W), Tuesday and Thursday (T/Th), or Monday through Thursday (M-Th).

You can also choose the type of tutoring for which you’d like to be considered. The more types, the greater the opportunity for more hours.

• Early Learners (PK – K) (Reading and Math)

• You must live in Camarillo, Oxnard, or Ventura to apply for this position and you need reliable transportation so that you always arrive on time.
• You must be committed to the value of education and the success of our students.
• You must be a person who is responsible, professional, and works well with other staff.
• We need to be able to count on you and your commitment. Change of teachers is tough for our kids so we’re looking for stable people who will be great mentors.
• Bilingual ability – English/Spanish – is a plus but isn’t a requirement.
