Overview
The company delivers a wide variety of services tailored specifically to business jet owners including aircraft management, on-demand charter, aircraft fueling, hangar storage, and jet maintenance. The Customer Service Representative’s primary purpose is to provide a variety of services to aircraft passengers and crew. The perfect candidate will pride themselves on professionalism and unbeatable service who is a good conversationalist and outgoing.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with requested services such as fuel, hangar space, catering, hotel accommodations, and transportation such as rental cars and limo services
- Communicate efficiently with line service and pilots using ground radio, and phone system
- Solicit sales of fuel for all aircraft; provide pricing and delivery information
- Set up new customer accounts, maintain records, prepare accounting reports
- Successful handling of high volume inbound calls
- Serve as liaison between the customer and various departments
- Maintain current information on local attractions and activities, and other information that provide valuable services to our customers
- Other duties and projects as reasonably assigned by the Customer Service Manager
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in luxury goods/services or aviation
- Ability to successfully and efficiently multi-task with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn a multitude of new computer programs and aviation software
- Must have a valid driver’s license and successfully complete background check and DOT look-alike drug test
- Weekend availability is required
The employee’s main work station is located at the front reception counter adjacent to an airport runway and aircraft ramp near an aircraft hangar in an airport environment. Periodically aircraft noise can be heard.
CompensationHourly Range: $18 - $24
Schedule varies
