This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Camarillo, CA, for a Crew Foreman. The Crew Foreman will supervise construction teams, manage daily operations, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include overseeing heavy equipment usage, assigning tasks, maintaining schedules, conducting site inspections, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications. The Crew Foreman will also be responsible for preventive maintenance and provide support and training as needed.

• Supervisory Skills, including leadership, team coordination, and task delegation
• Proficiency in handling and overseeing Heavy Equipment in construction projects
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices to ensure equipment and tools are operational
• Familiarity with Flooring relevant to construction projects
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• Basic understanding of safety regulations and compliance in the construction field
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable

Job Pay: $30 - $35 hourly
