Bookkeeper

Overview

A well-established manufacturing firm is seeking an experience Bookkeeper / Accountant for their corporate headquarters. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for fully cycle accounting, including general oversight of A/R, A/P, Payroll along with general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations and month-end close. The Bookkeeper will also be responsible for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and reports.

• Perform full-cycle accounting including general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processes.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports.

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Full-cycle accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, financial statement preparation.
• Familiarity with Quick Books and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
