A well-established manufacturing firm is seeking a qualified Accounts Payable Specialist to support the corporate accounting team under the direction of the Accounts Payable Supervisor. The role includes invoice processing, check requests, vendor setup and management, travel and expense reimbursements, credit card reconciliations, and 3‑way matching.

• Process and verify invoices, performing 3‑way matching.
• Create and submit check requests.
• Set up and maintain vendor information.
• Process travel and expense reimbursements.
• Reconcile credit card statements.
• Perform other accounting duties as patiently required.

• 2+ years of corporate accounts payable experience.
• Proficient with invoice processing, credit card reconciliations, and 3‑way matching.
• Proficient with accounting software and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
