A leading aquatics organization in Calumet City is hiring part-time Head Lifeguards. In this role, you will lead and oversee the training, scheduling, and evaluation of lifeguards while ensuring safety standards are met for patrons in and around pools. Candidates should be 18 or older, possess valid lifeguard certifications, and have at least two years of lifeguard experience. Competitive pay up to $17.43 per hour with flexible, part-time hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
