Position OverviewThe Seasonal Selling Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, while engaging our customers and exhibiting an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise.

- Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
- Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively

- Converts returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales
- Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages purchase of additional items
- Processes merchandise for floor readiness and maintains back‑room standards
- Replenishes merchandise to brand standards and assists with markdowns, re‑tickets, and mark‑outs of stock
- Executes floorset proficiently and maintains visual merchandising standards
- Recovering and replenishing merchandise; assisting with housekeeping and reporting issues
- Supporting store strategy to reduce shrink and building a safe working environment
- Demonstrating company values and supporting the Rewards Program
- Maintains ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, frequent bending, stretching, walking and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
- Minimum Salary: $16.00
- Maximum Salary: $19.25
