Lead a powerhouse team of Systems Engineers and Designers to deliver next‑gen solutions that bring buildings to life. From hardware and software design to network commissioning, you’ll guide innovation at every stage. • Drive the Vision:
  Manage and schedule your team’s workload with precision. Prioritize tasks, coordinate engineering projects, and ensure timely, high‑quality results.
• Own the Numbers:
  Provide accurate time frames and engineering cost estimates to project management for budgeting and execution success.

• Proven experience leading systems or application engineering teams
• Strong background in engineering project lifecycle, cost analysis, and system design
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills
• Commitment to quality, technical innovation, and customer satisfaction
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred and/or a minimum of five years of experience in Application engineering.
• Prior experience in supervision of technical / engineering group.
• Minimum of five years of progressive responsibility in the construction industry.

• Master’s degree or Professional Engineer Registration highly desired.
• Recognized as a leading expert in several core engineering competencies.
• Good oral and written communication skills, especially in presentation of technical material.
