As a Specials Coordinator, you’ll manage, quality‑check, and support the reuse of non‑standard (specials) equipment, ensuring smooth processes and excellent service delivery.

• Coordinate delivery, repair, cataloguing and quality control of special equipment
• Liaise with prescribers, commissioners, suppliers and internal teams
• Check new specials for completeness and accuracy
• Photograph and upload non‑stock items to the online catalogue
• Manage recycled specials and ensure they meet reissue standards
• Support occasional deliveries, collections and site visits
• Maintain accurate stock processes and follow safe disposal procedures
• Keep the warehouse organised and compliant with safety standards
