We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to assist in maintaining inventory control, receiving, distribution of materials, and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will also oversee the tracking, storing, and replenishing of stock levels, ensuring that products are available when needed, and maintaining efficient inventory records. Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an inventory clerk, stock control, or warehouse employee is required.
• Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, D365 or similar).
• Proficiency in policies and procedures and enforce strict adherence to SOP’s and cGMP standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift and carry items of up to [50] pounds. Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Experience with barcode scanning systems.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics best practices.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.

• Monitor inventory levels and update records accurately.
• Track the movement of goods and materials in and out of the warehouse or stockroom.
• Ensure stock is organized, accessible, and stored in compliance with company guidelines.
• Conduct regular physical counts of inventory, perform cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring goods are handled safely
• Generate shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers for timely delivery.
• Pick, pack, prepare orders according to customer requirements and internal guidelines
• Check inventory for expiration & take appropriate action when needed.
• Work closely with quality control teams to ensure standards are met.
• Receive incoming materials, verify quantities against purchase orders and inspect for quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel to facilitate efficient and accurate stock picking and packing.
• Organize shipments and deliveries, verifying items are correct and properly handled.
• Can perform all duties in warehouse shipping, receiving, work order picking and inventory movements.
• Ensure that inventory storage meets all health and safety standards.
• Follow and enforce company policies related to inventory handling and safety protocols.
