A Day in the Life

The Project Coordinator supports warehouse operations by coordinating projects related to process improvements, equipment installations, layout changes, inventory optimization, and safety initiatives. This role ensures projects stay on schedule, are well-documented, and align with operational goals.

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

$21.00 - $25.50/hr

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with WMS systems preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Must have 1 – 3 years of project coordinator or equivalent experience in a warehouse/logistics environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook

Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, comfortable with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.

• Coordinate warehouse projects, timelines, and resources
• Support process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and accuracy
• Prepare reports, project updates, and documentation
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and needs with customers, operations, PE, inventory, IT, and vendors
• Track project budgets, materials, and equipment needs
• Assist with SOP updates and training materials
• Other duties as required
