Truck Pro is seeking a Warehouse Lead who is responsible for leading the day-to-day warehouse operations to include planning and directing distribution activities and deliveries.

- Pick, pack and process customer orders, while assisting with the efficiency of the warehouse
- Assist in receiving, inventory control activities, including physical and cycle counts.
- Track distribution and maintenance records
- Assist with direction and assistance in the solution of problems that arise with customers or associates
- Track general expense of in/out freight and truck maintenance records
- Organize and coordinate delivery and dispatch of trucks to customer and/or other stores
- Promote a safe and organized work environment as it relates to equipment, trucks and inventory
- Coordinate all stock is pulled and loaded into the delivery vehicle with accompanying and necessary documents, in conjunction with delivery schedules
- Assist with monitoring and reconciling cores
- Assist with the physical handling of the return of parts to the store and the manufacturer
- Perform other assigned tasks/responsibilities as needed.
- Minimum two years warehouse/receiving experience (all areas, including receiving, parts picking, inventory control/ cycle counts)
- Minimum one year of team lead or management experience
- Automotive parts and/or heavy-duty truck parts knowledge
- WMS (warehouse management system) or ERP (enterprise resource planning)
- Forklift certification
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Excellent computer skills
- The role is a physically active role
- Will be required to lift, pick, pull, and stock heavy duty truck parts that might be in excess of 50+ lbs with lift assist device.
- Will be required to stand for long periods of time on a variety of surfaces and will be required to operate a forklift
- Will frequently be required to: walking, bending, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing and climbing
- Will frequently use a computer in the course of completing daily activities
- The associate will be regularly exposed typical inside and outside environmental conditions, including, but not limited to dirt, dust, vibration, minimal chemical hazards, noise and temperature variances
- Exposure to hazards or physical risks, associated with a warehouse, vehicle services, and retail operations, which require following basic safety precautions

CompensationHourly Pay Rate is based on relevant experience: $19 - $22
