Pay: $18/hour, Overtime after 8 hours ($32 K to $43 K per year)

We are currently seeking two Yard Porters to join our team at two locations in Fontana. These are full‑time positions with consistent schedules and opportunities for overtime.

• Calabash Yard – 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Days Off:
  Tuesday & Wednesday
• Redlands Yard – 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Days Off:
  Tuesday & Wednesday

The Yard Porter is responsible for maintaining company equipment to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness. This includes cleaning, conducting inspections, tracking inventory, and supporting the Fleet and Operations teams with administrative tasks.

• Clean and sanitize the interior and exterior of tractors, trailers, and related equipment.
• Use cleaning tools such as foggers, steamers, vacuums, and hoses safely and efficiently.
• Apply cleaning and protective agents to maintain vehicle appearance and condition.
• Perform thorough equipment inspections and document condition reports.
• Maintain accurate logs for cleaning, sanitizing, and inspection activities.
• Track and audit yard inventory including tractors, trailers, load bars, and related assets.
• Assist with movement log verification and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
• Monitor and manage cleaning supply inventory; report restocking needs.
• Coordinate with Fleet, Transportation, and Operations teams to meet daily equipment needs.
• Support data entry and administrative tasks related to fleet and yard operations.

• Previous experience in a yard, fleet, or similar operational environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physically active tasks.
