• $1500 SIGN ON BONUS!
• No Tarping Required – Conestoga trailers only!
• 2000‑2500 miles/week – Drivers typically run 1‑3 weeks at a time, with the GOAL of getting our drivers home each week
• Competitive Mileage Pay – Up to $0.68/mile (practical miles)
• Extra Pay Opportunities – Short Load Premium (0–200 miles, practical miles) – $50 pick + $50 drop + mileage
• $25/drop
• $250/weekend layover
• Hourly pay for detention and breakdown included – Starting rate of $27.07/hour, $29.48 after 6 months

• Haul steel and industrial products across regional routes
• Secure loads with straps and chains only – no tarping!
• Deliver safely and on time to customers across the US
• Handle paperwork and communicate with dispatch as needed

• Valid Class A CDL
• 2+ years of experience with tractor‑trailers
• 6+ months flatbed or Conestoga experience preferred
• Experience hauling steel or oversized freight a plus
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMSCA safety standards

• Possess a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets safety and insurance standards, with no disqualifying violations in the past 36 months as determined by company policy and applicable regulations.
• Compliance with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, including a clear record with no violations prohibiting operation of a commercial motor vehicle.
