Job Summary

Compensation: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Position Summary: Provide the ultimate racquet sports experience by delivering high‑quality instruction and customer service. Teach various racquet sports programs, including junior programs, lessons, special events, and clinics.

• Provide beginning through advanced instruction (private and group) for all levels of players.
• Assist in the promotion and conduct of racquet sports clinics, private lessons, special events and programs to attract and retain members’ and guests’ interest.
• Ensure students understand racquet sports rules, scoring, safety, and etiquette.
• Enforce all club rules and regulations governing the use of the facility, equipment, and property.
• Perform racquet stringing and court maintenance.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to member/guest questions, comments, and concerns.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and professionalism through courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Minimum 1 year of experience required.

• Frequently stand, walk, use hands, talk, hear, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Occasionally sit.
• Regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

• Frequently work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Noise level is moderate.

• Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform duties such as communicating with English‑speaking customers or coworkers.
• Skill level equivalent to a minimum 4.0 USTA rating.
