Location: Bridgeport
A community service organization in Bridgeport is seeking a compassionate Case Manager for its Family Stability Program. This full-time role entails supporting families experiencing homelessness by providing case management services, connecting clients to essential resources, and advocating for their well-being. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field, experience in case management with vulnerable populations, and strong communication skills.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Work hours are primarily Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays.
