Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for Case Manager at Yosemite Treatment Center in San Andreas, California.

Nestled in the Sierra foothills of California, Yosemite Treatment Center located on the Sierra Ridge Campus is a licensed Short‑Term Residential Therapeutic Program that offers individual, group, and family therapy, as well as evidence‑based skill and rehabilitation groups. Yosemite Treatment Center embraces a strengths‑based approach within a least restrictive program model and a normalized high school environment. Through Rite of Passage’s Integrated Care Model, Yosemite Treatment Center provides a trauma‑responsive program individualized for each youth.

Pay:
Starting at $24.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Administrate, develop, and facilitate the completion of case plans and treatment programs
  • Develop and oversee the completion of the MAP Plan
  • Provide monthly progress notes and weekly student updates
  • Facilitate weekly group meetings
  • Conduct assigned responsibilities with respect, consideration, encouragement, positive guidance, and utilization of resources toward the youths’ overall success
Qualifications
  • Empathetic, patient, consistent, compassionate, honest work ethic, and treat others with respect
  • Desire to work with troubled teens
  • BA/BS in a related field
  • Prior case management experience, including 3 years with youth and/or juvenile placement agencies
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
  • Ability to pass a search of the child abuse central registry
Schedule

Sunday – Thursday or Tuesday – Saturday. 8‑hour shift with 1‑hour break.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or better (Required)
  • Master’s degree or better (Preferred)
  • 2‑5 years of Case Management or Service Coordination (Preferred)
