• Oversee daily center operations
• Follow up on leads, schedule tours, and close deals
• Work with parents to define children’s learning needs
• Provide center tours while maintaining awareness of current students
• Engage with children and families within the center
• Ensure parents understand their child’s progress
• Oversee coaches/tutors to meet team needs
• Maintain a fun and safe learning environment for students
• Uphold corporate standards for cleanliness & operations
• Adapt quickly to center dynamics
• Report weekly to the executive team on progress

• Proven work history with children 7+ and enthusiasm for kids
• Knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership
• Familiarity with technology, Microsoft Office, social media, and office equipment
• Flexible, fun, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Deadline‑ and detail‑oriented – never miss dates or overlook customers
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

$34,000.00 – $51,000.00 per year
