This is a full-time, on-site Journeyman Plumber role located in Pescadero, CA. The Journeyman Plumber will be responsible for performing a variety of plumbing tasks, including installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring plumbing systems comply with safety and building codes. Additionally, the Journeyman Plumber will collaborate with team members and maintain accurate documentation of work performed.

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water, sewer, and gas lines
• Install fixtures such as water heaters, tankless systems, toilets, sinks, faucets, garbage disposals, and filtration systems
• Diagnose plumbing issues and perform efficient, code-compliant repairs
• Perform re-pipes, remodel plumbing, new construction plumbing, underground rough-ins, and finish work
• Prepare material lists and communicate job progress with office staff
• Provide professional customer interaction on service calls
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

• 5+ years of plumbing experience
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
• Knowledge of and adherence to safety guidelines and building codes
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to the Pescadero, CA location

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and tight areas
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
