This is a full‑time, on‑site Carpenter role based in Chilcoot, CA. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing and renovating custom decks, including tasks such as using power and hand tools, framing, finish carpentry, and ensuring all work meets high‑quality standards. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the team, working with precision on various elements of deck building, and adhering to safety and craftsmanship standards during installation, repairs, or maintenance.

As part of the team, you will also participate in unique projects like building custom staircases, railings, and creative outdoor structures.

• Proficient in Carpentry, including structural framing and finish carpentry
• Skilled in the use of Power Tools and Hand Tools necessary for construction
• Experience in Framing and attention to detail in building and assembling structures
• Strong understanding of construction safety procedures and best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently on projects
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
• Previous experience in deck building or related carpentry work is a plus
• Dependable transportation to Chilcoot, CA is required
