Installation Technician

Our clients range from high-end residential gardens throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn to boutique hotels and corporate headquarters. Our work continually challenges conventional design and redefines the dialogue between landscape and architecture.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Landscape Installation Technician to join our Installation Team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in fabrication or construction, enjoys problem-solving on dynamic project sites, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work on exceptional projects across NYC and contribute to the creation of detailed, high-quality landscape installations.

• Collaborate on execution of landscape installations, including site preparation, workflow organization, and final cleanup
• Coordinate transportation, load-in/load-out, and on-site handling of all tools and materials
• Install, maintain and trouble-shoot irrigation systems, including copper work
• Carpentry, hardscape work, and installation of plants, planters, lighting, and specialty features
• Perform planting layout, planter preparation, and general plant care
• Operate essential power tools and assist with basic construction tasks
• On-site documentation and clear communication with field and office teams

• Experience in fabrication and/or construction, including carpentry, metal work, masonry and low-voltage lighting
• Comfortable using a range of power tools
• Knowledge of irrigation systems or strong eagerness to learn
• Knowledge of horticulture and plant care
• Comfortable working both in teams and independently; strong communication and organizational abilities
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, climbing ladders, working outdoors year-round, and accessing sites via cranes
• Valid Driver’s License; comfortable driving large trucks and vans; familiar with NYC neighborhoods and transit
• Flexible, proactive, and capable of adapting to dynamic site conditions
• Ability to access scheduling software from a phone
• Team-player with a sense of humor
