What You’ll Do:- Lead and perform emergency roof repairs and routine maintenance
- Use our custom tablet platform to document inspections, repairs, and recommendations
- Communicate professionally with customers and tenants
- Provide on‑site leadership and guidance to fellow technicians
- Perform hands‑on repair and cleaning for various roofing types: built‑up, single‑ply, tile, composition shingles, and more
- Assist with general labor and yard duties as needed
- 3–5 years of roofing or related experience (commercial roofing a plus!)
- Strong working knowledge of roofing systems and tools
- Comfort with technology (especially tablets) to document job progress
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable record
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
- Safety certifications (or willingness to obtain):
First Aid/CPR, Fall Protection, OSHA‑10, etc.
- Able to climb ladders (up to 40’), lift up to 100 lbs, and work at heights
- Capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically fit and ready for hands‑on, demanding work
- Ability to work full‑time at 40 hours per week.
- Availability for overtime hours, emergency response & weekend work as needed.
- Must be a team player and perform well under pressure.
- Able to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
- Able to work at high heights on top of large buildings.
- Must be able to follow instructions and safety rules.
- Must be able to travel within the North Bay.
