• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road‑test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Accurately record time spent on repairs utilizing company time‑clocking procedures.
• Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.
• Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, socket wrenches, pliers, hammers, chisels, punches, and other tools needed for the technician’s trained work that are not normally inventoried by the service department as “special tools”).
• Return special tools to the proper location.
• Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace, completing a stall cleaning every day.
• Ensure that customers’ vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced.

The expected pay range for this position is $16.50 - $33.00 hourly or flat rate. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and location.
