This is a part‑time on‑site role for a Security Officer at Quechan Casino Resort, located in Winterhaven, CA. Security Officers are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and property. Primary duties include patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, responding to emergencies, assisting guests with safety concerns, and enforcing rules and regulations. Officers are expected to maintain a professional demeanor while providing exemplary customer service and upholding safety standards.

• Strong observational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess situations and respond effectively
• Knowledge of security and safety protocols, including incident response and emergency procedures
• Basic understanding of surveillance systems and monitoring equipment operation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and employees in a professional manner
• Physical fitness to perform patrol duties, handle emergencies, and stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior security or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required
• Valid security guard license or certification (as required by local/state laws), or willingness to obtain it
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
