Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access control practices, and security-related protocols;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or resident concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate to appropriate personnel when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential streets, common areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance issues;
Monitor for unusual activity, parking and/or traffic concerns, and suspicious conditions; document observations and report findings to site leadership and/or dispatch;
Complete routine reports and incident documentation, maintain required logs, and support emergency response activities as directed by post orders
