This position is responsible for making sure patrons are not acting aggressively or destructively, and to protect staff, property and equipment from damage. The ideal candidate must be able to determine what to do quickly before a situation gets out of control and use his/her problem‑solving skills to resolve all issues.

This position is responsible for ensuring patrons do not act aggressively or destructively and protecting staff, property, and equipment from damage. The ideal candidate will act quickly to prevent situations from escalating, employing problem‑solving skills to resolve issues promptly.
Responsibilities- Maintain orderliness and etiquette in all applicable vicinities.
- Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
- Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property.
- Face difficult situations, including physical and verbal altercations, shootings and theft.
- Escort unruly patrons outside the establishment when needed.
- Use problem‑solving skills to handle disagreements and/or resolve any problematic issues.
- Determine when situations warrant police intervention and cooperate with officers upon their arrival.
- Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Complete an incident report for any verbal or physical altercation, entry or attempted entry of terminated staff or unwelcome guests, accidents/injuries, or other.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience as a Bouncer or similar.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Formal civilian‑related security training is preferred.
- Refined crowd‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
- Unrivaled observational and conflict‑management skills.
- Capacity to be stern, as required.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Physically agile with impeccable reflexes.
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- Great physical stamina.
- Duties performed on the casino floor in a fast‑paced, guest‑smoking environment, with constant exposure to general public and excessive noise.
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting and moving up to 70 pounds. Requires close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
