Loss Prevention Agent – 3rd Shift
Location:
Bloomington, CA (GXO Logistics, Inc.)
Join us as a Loss Prevention Agent to safeguard company assets, ensure safety for employees and guests, and achieve maximum shrink reduction.
ShiftSaturday – Wednesday (off Thursday and Friday) 8:30 pm – 5:00 am
Pay & BenefitsHourly rate: $20.00 per hour (subject to change). Eligible for hourly shift differential. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and other benefits for eligible employees.
Typical Day- Patrol all building areas on foot and by vehicle as required.
- Monitor security cameras and conduct daily physical hazard inspections.
- Defuse disturbances and escort individuals from the property if necessary.
- Conduct initial investigation reports and gather evidence as directed by security leadership.
- Walk through and around the exterior of buildings for safety hazard and security audits.
- Complete incident reports related to security in collaboration with security leadership.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Required: Knowledge and experience with security systems; availability to work flexible shifts including days, nights and/or weekends; 1 year of security or loss prevention experience; strong analytical skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; self‑motivation to work well with minimal supervision or in a team; ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods and tolerate weather elements.
- Preferred: Prior experience in a loss prevention role is a plus; experience providing great customer service.
