Key Responsibilities Lead the design and registration of agricultural soil carbon projects under voluntary carbon standards Ensure methodological rigor is integrated into systems, products, and growth strategy Shape the company's leadership position in the voluntary carbon market through engagement and representation
Required Qualifications Over 3 years of experience in carbon project development or methodologies Direct experience with registration of agricultural soil carbon projects in the voluntary carbon market Expertise with VCS ALM methodologies, particularly VM0042 and VM0032 Strong knowledge of registry rules and project components Experience designing soil carbon sampling plans and engaging with validation and verification bodies
