Customer Service Representative

We are hiring high-performance Energy Consultants to consult homeowners on solar and storage solutions. This is a customer-facing sales role focused on educating homeowners, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals with professionalism and urgency.

• Conduct in‑home or virtual consultations with pre‑qualified homeowners
• Analyze utility bills, home energy usage, and roof layouts
• Present customized solar and battery solutions clearly and confidently
• Explain financing options and long‑term savings
• Handle objections and close contracts
• Accurately document customer information and agreements
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff post‑sale

• Strong communication skills and confidence on camera and in person
• Experience in sales, consulting, or customer‑facing roles
• Ability to handle objections without getting defensive
• High self‑accountability and strong follow‑through
• Comfort working in a performance‑driven environment
• Ability to learn technical concepts and explain them simply

Solar experience is a plus, but not required. We train the right people.
