Sales Representative

The purpose of the Sales Representative is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, build a relationship with them, provide a positive experience, and successfully move them through the sales process to a membership sale. The Sales Representative also assists with retaining and providing unmatched customer service to current members.

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Conduct tours of the facility
• Establish a personal relationship with clients to target individual goals and needs
• Meet and/or exceed personal sales goals
• Participate in special events to promote the studio
• Operate studio gym software (Club Ready)
• Communicate with prospective clients via in-person, over the phone and email
• Merchandise and stock inventory for retail clothing and other items
• Take pictures for social media platforms
• Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent sales, communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Warm, welcoming and engaging personality
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
• Self-motivated and takes initiative
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• * This position is a part-time position that requires availability to work a rotating, weekend shift.

Compensation: $8.50 - $12.50/hour
