We’re growing fast and looking for WORLD CLASS - EXPERIENCED OUTSIDE SALE PROFESSIONAL who are eager to build meaningful client partnerships, grow their portfolios, and make an impact in the recycling and sustainability industry.
What You’ll Be Doing- Spend 70% of your time in the field, visiting customer sites, walking warehouse environments, and building connections
- Spend 30% of your time in-office, handling quotes, pipeline management, and reporting
- Create and send proposals and pricing quotes
- Schedule and conduct in-person client meetings
- Maintain accurate weekly/monthly reports and client updates
- Meet and track monthly sales quotas
- Represent California Recyclers with professionalism and purpose
- Help clients improve their environmental impact — and their bottom line
- 4+ years sales experience, ideally B2B or territory-based
- Reliable transportation and comfort with daily travel
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- A passion for sustainability, recycling, or environmental solutions
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and client-focused
- Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Team player
- Detail oriented
- Proactive attitude
- Problem solving mindset
- 50+ outbound calls/day to prospects and current clients
- 10–20 quotes sent/week
- 5–10 in-person or virtual meetings/week
- Accurate and timely end-of-day and end-of-month reporting
- Achieving or exceeding monthly sales quotas
- Territory management, door-to-door prospecting, and securing new accounts
- Competitive compensation ($70K salary + commissions) - With monthly bonuses ($400–$600) + quarterly bonuses + yearly bonuses all based on performance - $100K+
