RV Sales Associate

Camping World is seeking a high-energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun, and make money!

We believe in investing in your success. As a first-time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay, depending on residency and state laws.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses are available for those who qualify.

We are looking for a high-energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to join our growing team. Your passion for generating sales of new and used RVs will be rewarded through an aggressive, uncapped earnings potential, and a commission-driven pay plan.

• Promote a top-notch, high-quality customer experience when selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations
• Close sales effectively by collaborating with the F&I team
• Follow up with customers and maintain a no-pressure, high-integrity approach

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years' experience in sales, ideally in RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and input customer information
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

This position is entirely commission-based.

The estimated annual variable compensation range is $50,000 - $150,000+. In California, Massachusetts, and Maine, you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable minimum wage, plus variable compensation. In other states, the minimum compensation is at least $12.25 per hour or the applicable state minimum wage, whichever is higher, offsetting variable earnings.
