This is a full-time on-site position located in French Camp, CA. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships, generating leads, and driving sales. Your day-to-day tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, processing orders, assisting in account management, and working closely with the sales and operations teams to meet customer needs and sales goals.

• Proven skills in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or chemical industry is advantageous
