Full-time
Compensation: Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Reps can make between $18-$25 per hour with base pay and commissions earned on all personal sales. Full-Time employees also receive additional benefits.

. We are looking for passionate, competitive, and friendly people to join our retail teams. As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you will represent the Metro brand and meet with our amazing customers and guide them through the phone and accessory buying process. You will work with your team to meet both your personal and company goals!

Day-to-day activities
- Approaching every customer that walks through the door with a goal of understanding their needs by asking good questions and listening.
- Exceeding monthly revenue sales goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing customers’ accounts.
- Participating in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including outbound calling, community involvement, outreach programs, and promoting the brand inside and outside the store.
- Being a team player and being able to work in a group environment, being open-minded to learning new things, and always treating customers/co-workers the way you'd like to be treated.
- Working with store management in opening and closing, including cash handling, inventory count, and deposits as governed by operations control standards.
- Having complete integrity, being very dependable and showing up on time every day, not bringing personal problems to work.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (preferred), ideally in the wireless telecommunication industry.
- At minimum a high school diploma or GED.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Professional, energetic, optimistic, confident, and have a winning attitude.
- The ability to multi-task and work with other teammates.
- Enjoys helping others and is extremely friendly.
- Has good decision-making skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Be coachable and willing to coach others.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years of age, legally able to work in the United States, have reliable transportation, and is willing and able to undergo a background check.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
