Barista

Afriski Mountain Resort invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the positions of Barista at its Site at Mahlasela Pass. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in the Bar/Club section, ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons.

You will:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses.
• Greet guests warmly and give assistance where necessary
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a high standard of service.
• Handle guest inquiries and report any issues or complaints promptly.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
