** Pay rate:** $29- $30/ hr.

** Jo type:
** Contract-hire

* Schedule:

** M-F:8-5pm, fully onsite

** Responsibilities:*
* + Assist in the preparation of flavor samples and prototypes.

+ Perform basic laboratory tasks, including weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.

+ Maintain accurate records of experiments and observations.

+ Clean and maintain laboratory equipment and work spaces.

+ Assist in the evaluation of flavor samples using sensory analysis techniques.

+ Follow established safety protocols and procedures.

+ Order and maintain inventory of lab supplies.

+ Support senior scientists and flavorists in research and development projects.

* + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

+ Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and techniques.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

+ A passion for food and flavor.
