The candidate will join the Protein Homeostasis-Oncogenesis cell biology group to design and perform experiments, including target engagement methodologies and assay development to advance Client therapeutic concepts.
A self-motivated and creative scientist with a strong can-do attitude.
Master's degree in biology, biochemistry or a related discipline, with at least 4 years of relevant work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of work experience.
Highly skilled in molecular and cellular biology techniques, including mammalian cell culture, CRISPR, shRNA, transfections, immunoblots, immunofluorescence microscopy, immunoprecipitation, and functional assays (cell proliferation and cellular toxicity).
Proficient with data analysis tools including Excel and Graph Pad Prism, and with biological statistics.
Works well in a collaborative environment, demonstrating adaptability and an ability to deliver time-sensitive studies.
Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an eagerness to engage in a setting that thrives on rigorous science and innovative ideas.
Be organized and maintain documentation of all research.
