Already Selling Homes—But Ready for More Momentum? We’re not looking for brand-new agents. We’re having conversations with experienced agents who closed 2–5 transactions last year and feel capable of more—but don’t want to rebuild, rebrand, or chase leads alone. This role is for you if:

• Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
• Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
• Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
• Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close

• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
• Show a track record of real estate success
• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
• Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
• Self‑motivated and results-driven individual
• Live close to the Westlake Village, CA

Office Compensation: $125,000+ at plan
