Buyer’s Agent Opportunity We are looking for licensed real estate professionals who are motivated to serve buyers and guide them through every stage of the purchase process. This opportunity allows you to build strong client relationships, provide expert advisement, and earn rewarding commissions while helping investors and buyers find the right commercial or residential property. First‑year earning potential when hitting goals: $150,000+.

As a Buyer’s Agent, you’ll be the client’s main point of contact from initial consultation to closing. Responsibilities
  • Reach out to pre‑qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
  • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
  • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
  • Ensure potential home buyers are well‑informed about their local housing market
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel by car

$150,000 per year
