Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced fee split commercial real estate appraiser to join our Southern California valuation practice. This role is ideal for a self-motivated appraiser who wants flexibility, strong production support, and access to a steady flow of commercial appraisal assignments.
Responsibilities- Perform commercial real estate appraisal assignments across multiple property types
- Conduct property inspections, market research, and comparable analysis
- Prepare USPAP-compliant appraisal reports
- Communicate with clients, reviewers, and internal team members
- Manage assignments from engagement through delivery
- MAI or SGA designation (or active candidate status)
- Certified General Appraiser license in California
- Strong understanding of USPAP and commercial valuation methodologies
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
- Experience with Southern California commercial markets preferred
