Northwest Talent Solutions (NWTS) is partnering with a global leader in advanced manufacturing and industrial technologies to identify an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to drive customer quality excellence and continuous improvement initiatives at a high-performing production facility.

- Develop and implement customer-focused quality plans and systems aligned with enterprise quality strategy
- Drive customer satisfaction and complaint reduction initiatives across manufacturing operations
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective action plans (8D, DMAIC, FMEA)
- Serve as regional Quality Key Account Manager for assigned enterprise customers
- Manage customer quality processes including scorecards, specifications, contracts, and portals
- Coordinate cross-functional responses to customer quality inquiries
- Support internal and external quality audits and certification readiness
- Train internal teams on customer quality processes, tools, and compliance requirements
- Partner with global quality leadership to ensure alignment with enterprise quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- Strong background in manufacturing quality systems and customer quality management
- Expertise in root cause analysis, incident investigation, and continuous improvement
- Experience with Six Sigma, DMAIC, 8D, and FMEA methodologies
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and international quality standards
- Familiarity with HACCP and quality core tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
