Quality Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Quality Engineer to support a busy manufacturing facility in Fontana. This is a short-term, onsite contract focused heavily on quality documentation and inspection for manufactured enclosures. This role will primarily ensure that all quality documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with customer and internal standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, reviewing finished products as well as incoming materials, and identifying discrepancies before shipment.

This is not a design-heavy engineering role; it is documentation and quality execution focused.

Quality Documentation & Compliance

• Provide and maintain accurate quality documentation for manufactured enclosures
• Ensure all required documentation is properly completed and entered into internal systems
• Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions

Product & Incoming Inspection

• Perform quality checks on completed enclosures prior to shipment
• Support inspection of incoming materials and components
• Document inspection findings and communicate issues to production and quality teams

Manufacturing Floor Support

• Work onsite within a production environment
• Partner with manufacturing, production, and supply chain teams
• Support issue resolution and quality-related concerns in real time

Required

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Strong background in quality documentation and inspection
• Comfortable reviewing completed products and identifying discrepancies
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work fully onsite in Fontana, CA
