Department:
Computing and Engineering Technology, College of Science, Technology, and Business. The department seeks qualified applicants to teach computing-based courses as part of the Bachelor of Science programs in Applied Computing, Computer Information Systems (CIS), and Computer Science (CS). Instructors are expected to cooperate in collecting assessment data. All positions are contingent upon enrollment and may be full or part-time depending on departmental needs.
Instructors are needed to teach courses in online format, on the California campus, the Clarion campus, or the Edinboro campus.
- Teach computing-based courses within the specified degree programs.
- Collaborate in collecting assessment data as required.
- Contribute to instruction across modalities (online and on-campus).
- Candidates must have a minimum of a Master’s degree in CIS, CS, or a closely related field of study, or a Bachelor's degree in one of the aforementioned fields with at least 3 years of field experience directly using the content of the respective assigned course(s).
