We are seeking a senior hands-on leader to drive enterprise data strategy, architecture, and governance initiatives for large organizations.

This role combines strategic advisory with implementation leadership and requires strong communication skills, deep architecture knowledge, and real-world governance execution experience.

• Strategy & Advisory
• Assess and Define enterprise data strategies and roadmaps
• Conduct executive workshops and stakeholder alignment
• Design AI-ready data operating models
• Understand, Align and Translate business objectives into data capabilities

• Data Governance Leadership
• Conduct data governance maturity assessments
• Design governance frameworks
• Data ownership and stewardship models
• Data quality management
• Metadata and lineage strategies
• Policy-as-code approaches

• Architecture
• Develop enterprise cloud data architectures
• Lakehouse architectures
• Data Mesh / Data Products
• Event-driven architectures
• Align architecture with strategy, governance and security models

• Delivery Leadership
• Lead enterprise transformation programs
• Guide technical teams
• Define reusable methodologies and accelerators

• 15+ years in data architecture, governance, or strategy
• Experience implementing governance programs at scale
• Strong consulting and communication skills
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms
• Demonstrated architecture design experience
• BFSI domain experience
• Exposure to tools such as Collibra, Alation, Purview, Informatica, Snowflake Horizon, Databricks Unity Catalog
• Knowledge graph or semantic modeling experience

• You will help shape enterprise technology strategy for industry-leading clients while influencing the growth of Electric Mind’s engineering culture. You will work on high-impact, high-visibility programs and help mentor the next generation of technical leaders.

$170,000 - $220,000 a year
