How You'll Spend Your Time:
- Conduct system-wide data validation exercises to assess data quality.
- Approve new records created by users to ensure high-quality information; identify training needs when records are incomplete or inaccurate.
- Run regular deduplication processes to identify and resolve duplicate records through merging, and merge duplicate clients as needed.
- Support system users with updating client data and completing imports.
- Maintain client data accuracy and update changes as needed or requested.
- Validate and research the client rollover automation process.
- Maintain client data email accounts and address issues/requests.
- Import and validate client data changes.
- 2-3 years of experience in data management;
Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience a plus. - Education:
BA or BS degree required in business data related field. - Experience with a major ERP platform (Dynamics, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Products, primarily Excel (Access and Power BI experience a bonus).
- High sense of urgency and responsiveness, supporting internal clients (the users themselves).
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work effectively with teams and colleagues.
- High level of attention to detail and strong keyboard skills/accuracy.
- High level of IT literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Ability to process and understand datasets.
- Confidence to inspire system usage by being a Deal Cloud Champion.
- Experience of working with large datasets is preferred, but not essential.
- Intermediate level MS Excel skills are preferred, but not essential.
- Basic understanding of GDPR and data protection preferred, but not essential.
