Field Crew members will be tasked with planting, weeding, harvesting and preparing for our various markets. Must have experience with physical labor. Generally crew members start between $18-$22 per hour depending on experience. Housing may be available to the right candidate. Part time options may be available.
We are a small diversified produce farm that uses the Hippocratic oath:
First, do no harm. We apply this principle to soil, ecology, and employee management. We use only OMRI listed amendments, never any chemical pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers, and we do our best to treat our co-workers with respect and dignity.
