DVM Careers Consultant | Veterinary Recruitment Specialist | USA 🐾 🇺🇸Looking for a veterinary practice where relationships, quality care, and collaboration truly come first?
We’re proud to represent a privately owned, small animal hospital in El Dorado Hills that is seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join their compassionate, close‑knit team. This long‑standing, charming clinic has deep roots in the community and is known for delivering high‑quality veterinary care while building genuine, lasting relationships with clients and their pets.
The hospital offers a well‑rounded scope of services supported by strong diagnostic capabilities, including digital radiography, in‑house laboratory testing, and both cardiac and abdominal ultrasound. You’ll be joining a team of three experienced veterinarians whose clinical interests span internal medicine, surgery, dermatology, behavior, and ophthalmology, creating an environment rich in collaboration, mentorship, and shared expertise‑ all within a practice that truly feels like family.
Appointments are thoughtfully structured, averaging 10–12 per day with 40‑minute appointment times, allowing you to deliver thorough workups, practice high‑quality medicine, and build meaningful client connections. You’ll enjoy a balanced caseload of medicine and surgery, with opportunities to stay hands‑on and continue growing your clinical skills.
